Come and join us
We're a Facebook group so it's quite quick and easy to join.
We're a 'closed' group so that we can make sure that our members are all parents with children who live many miles away or who have emigrated.
That means you ask to join. We ask you to answer a few simple questions and to agree to our simple rules of courtesy and privacy.
As a closed group, anything you say is only available for other members to read.
This means everybody is free to be open and honest without feeling judged. Sometimes you might just want to share how things are for you with a supportive group of people who are dealing with a similar situation.

You'll be pleasantly surprised to discover that there are other people out there who are travelling the same path and feeling the same way. Group members can offer a listening ear and may even offer some helpful suggestions to enable you to move forward.
